Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining (30%) Nordson’s leading position in existing segments and extending (70%) it further into new market segments.
- Being the primary point of contact between Nordson India Pvt. Ltd. and our ICS customers in the assigned territory.
- Developing new customers in the assigned territory.
- Customer relationship management for these customers.
- Meeting sales targets and maintaining a healthy receivables position.
- Obtaining market research information and communicating this to Nordson India.
- Participating in the formulation of marketing strategy in South Asia.
- Develop relationship with systems integrators, material suppliers and ancillary equipment vendors.
- Team up effectively with service members of his region to deliver timely technical services, drive customer satisfaction and improve revenue from technical aftermarket and service support.
