  • Take on the stewardship of our Salesforce environment, meticulously maintaining all basic administrative functions such as user account upkeep, reports, dashboards, workflows, and other day-to-day tasks.
  • Forge productive partnerships with stakeholders to understand their requirements, allowing you to shape the Salesforce platform to serve our evolving business needs seamlessly.
  • Synchronize with our marketing team to merge their vision with Salesforce's capabilities, fostering a synergy that amplifies our customer engagement efforts.
  • Maintain and automate business processes using custom objects and workflow rules, and document enhancements and maintenance tasks.
  • Champion data cleanliness and integrity, ensuring our customer data in Salesforce remains accurate, relevant, and beneficial.
  • Be the torchbearer of Salesforce knowledge in our organization, crafting and conducting enlightening training sessions to drive user adoption and best practices.
  • Ensure the creation and conservation of comprehensive documentation outlining processes, policies, and Salesforce help resources.
  • Configure functional customizations including, but not limited to, adding picklist values, modifying page layouts, and creating mapping rules.
  • Assist with establishing and maintaining Salesforce security policies
