As a Client Admin and Developer in a support role, collaborate with cross-functional teams, end-users, and other Client professionals. Responsibilities include, focusing on resolving issues, optimizing processes, and supporting users in their daily interactions with the system.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support
Respond to and resolve user-reported issues related to Client functionality, data integrity, and user experience
Investigate and troubleshoot system errors, discrepancies, and providing timely resolutions to end-users
Client Administration
Maintain and customize the Client platform, including but not limited to user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings
Configure and maintain data quality and validation rules, workflow rules, and process builder flows to ensure accurate and efficient data management
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement changes, enhancements, and new features
Development and Customization
Collaborate with developers and architects on more complex customization, using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components, when necessary
Create and maintain documentation of customizations, processes, and workflows
Qualifications
Candidates with Client Administrator and Developer certifications will be preferred
Proven experience as a Client Administrator and Developer, with a focus on support and troubleshooting
Proficiency in Client configuration, customization, and administration using declarative tools
