HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
 

  • Provide support for Salesforce CRM and other pre-sales tools
  • Perform admin configurations and development for enhancements and bug fixes
  • Follow Nokia procedures and standards, including security and data privacy policies
  • Detect and suggest solutions for system/process improvements
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing for software updates
  • Develop training materials for tool/process understanding
  • Gather end user feedback to drive improvement ideas
  • Contribute to roadmap improvement planning with process/tool owners



KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
 

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud experience with Admin certification
  • CRM Salesforce Platform App Builder and/or Platform Developer Certification desired
  • PBI Analytics, PowerApps
  • Office 365, advanced PowerPoint, SharePoint skills
  • Strong willingness to learn complex business and industry regulation policies and procedures
  • Experience in user support and training
  • Excellent planning and prioritization skills
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience or a graduate/postgraduate degree
  • Strong analytical reasoning, as well verbal and written communication skills
