Job Description:
Strategy & Planning
Being well versed in the strategic direction set by the Sales Innovation and the Global Events teams
Collaborate with leaders on development of internal product roadmap to align with overarching Salesforce Platform strategic goals
Development & Delivery
Design, lead and facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to obtain feedback and transform insights into visions, frameworks, and concepts
Develop and deliver innovative solutions, including solution concepts, to key decision makers which address their issues and needs to drive business value including but not limited to:
Cvent Salesforce App, Jifflenow
Own capital and operational project management in coordination with internal and external stakeholders ensuring timeline and deliverables are met including but not limited to: TicketManager IT onboarding & SSO, Cvent SSO, privacy and data reviews of event management tech stack
Leadership & Training
Act as a consultant, reviewing solutions built on and/or integrated with Sales Cloud and recommend improvements
Act as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed within our Salesforce environment
Promote a spirit of business enablement by training fellow colleagues to utilize Salesforce tools and processes more effectively
Innovation & Professional Development
Continually keep abreast of emerging and best-in-class user experiences and maintain understanding of the capabilities of the Salesforce platform, including but not limited to TicketManager
Collaborate with colleagues and end-users to create experimental prototypes and proofs of concept
What you need to succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
1+ years related work experience leading large-scale CRM technology implementations and projects
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Campaigns and Events as well as product integrations from the Salesforce AppExchange
Experience with analyzing complex data-sets across multiple objects, and creating a single source of truth throughout workflows
Should be self-motivated, solutions-oriented, multi-task capable, and have demonstrated the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
Should have experience successfully coordinating efforts across multiple organizations and teams, including strong communication and presentation skills, interpersonal relations, and project leadership
Must have the desire and demonstrated ability to lead projects and strategy, and work within a team-oriented environment
Must possess strong analytical and computer skills, sound organizational and planning skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to make sound business decisions
Must be performing satisfactorily in current position

This position is for a hybrid work model and requires 1 day per week sitting with the Global Events team
This position requires 5-7 overnight business trips per year
Salesforce certification
What will give you a competitive edge (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Knowledge of TicketManager, Cvent, and/or Jifflenow products
Certified Scrum Product Owner certification
Understanding of AWS cloud technology platform and services
Knowledge of Agile development principles
General knowledge of Client’s markets and competitive market position
