Job Responsibilities:

Automating processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules, Email Alerts

Driving CRM tools integration with Salesforce.com

Performing Salesforce configuration and customization

Building reporting dashboards to measure activities and performance.

Promoting user adoption of Salesforce

Owning processes promoting data integrity, data governance, data hygiene and compliance

Document business processes and system requirements

 

Required Skillsets:

Demonstrated experience in Salesforce Development including custom objects, Apex, Triggers, web services, VisualForce, process builder, dynamic layouts, apps, and/or migration tools

Experience with ZoomInfo, RIVA, CAPIQ, Tier1CRM is a plus.

Experience with Salesforce configuration options, data model/architecture, and security model

Manage all aspect of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles & permissions.

Ability to deal with complex data models and large data sets.

A proactive attitude to platform enhancements using declarative solutions.

Design and delivery of scalable, best practice solutions

Exposure to DevOps tools like AutoRabit, Copado etc

Required Job Qualifications:

Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
