Job Description
Our client is looking for a highly-driven individual with knowledge of Salesforce to join the Salesforce team. In this role, you will assist with training, implementation and maintenance of our Salesforce Lightning application. You will also be responsible for maintaining and optimizing Salesforce to improve the service experience for our members. Strong technical acumen and process orientation are key qualities for this role.
Minimum Requirements

Experience using Service
Cloud and earning administrator badges on Trailhead
Strong self-motivation, multitasking skills and the ability to work independently in an unstructured environment
Excellent written, verbal communication, public speaking and presentation skills
Demonstrated track record of performing Salesforce tasks including opening and closing cases or creating reports
Demonstrated ability to gather and understand user requirements for Salesforce
Ability to complete
tasks on tight deadlines with minimal supervision
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
Bachelor’s Degree
