Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for Salesforce projects.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation using Salesforce.
Design and configure Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builder.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into business performance.
Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other business systems and applications.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, and provide recommendations for system enhancements.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configuration, data integrity, and user access.
Assist in data migration and data quality initiatives to ensure accurate and reliable data within Salesforce.
Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and maintain system documentation.
Contributes to the business short-and long-term planning sessions and provides direction to ensure understanding of business goals and direction.
Provide assistance in business case development (i.e., research, data collection).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builder.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce CPQ is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
