Salesforce Analyst

JD:
• Use functional knowledge of Salesforce Tools (CPQ etc.) and quoting and ordering process flows to analyze requirements.
• Good understanding of Cisco’s SFDC flows (Opportunity flow etc.).
• Work with the product owner to handle the backlog and new requests.
• Prior experience in tools like Jira Align, Jira Software, qTest is a ++
• Write test cases and perform BAT.
• Understand features and write user stories in Jira to capture a description of a software feature from a user's perspective.
• Maintain and update all documentation, including the SharePoint site, relating to the program.
• Well versed in PowerPoint and MS Excel.
• Examine current business processes, flows and policies and recommend new ones.
• Document and update process documents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess a strong interlock relationship with cross functional teams and influence associated systems, processes, and tools.
• SFDC Certification will be a ++
