Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Expertise:
Serve as the go-to expert for all Salesforce-related queries, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
Provide deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, products, and integration best practices.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce configurations, custom objects, workflows, and automation processes.
Solution Design & Implementation:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
Design scalable and optimized solutions on the Salesforce platform while adhering to best practices.
Lead or support the implementation of new Salesforce features, including testing, documentation, and deployment.
Customizations & Integrations:
Create custom Salesforce apps, objects, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and services using APIs and middleware.
Customize and optimize Salesforce processes, including automation (Flows, Process Builders), validation rules, and triggers.
Salesforce Administration:
Manage and administer the Salesforce platform, including user roles, profiles, permissions, data security, and backups.
Ensure the platform is functioning optimally by identifying and troubleshooting issues, and applying fixes when necessary.
Perform regular system audits and maintain platform documentation.
Training & Support:
Provide training to end users and support teams on Salesforce features and best practices.
Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and documentation for various user roles.
Act as the point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving Salesforce-related issues.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, marketing, customer service, and IT teams to ensure Salesforce aligns with business objectives.
Liaise with external vendors or Salesforce partners to ensure the successful implementation and support of projects.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including Salesforce Administration and Development.
Proven experience with multiple Salesforce clouds, particularly Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
Strong background in designing and deploying custom Salesforce applications and integrations.
Certifications:
Salesforce Certified Administrator (required)
Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (preferred)
Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (preferred)
Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant (preferred)
Any additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
Skills:
Expert knowledge of Salesforce architecture, platform, and APIs.
Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce integrations.
Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling in Salesforce.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Project management skills are a plus.
