Roles and Responsibilities
- Minimum 18 years IT experience with 8+ year of experience as Salesforce Architect
- Experienced in Salesforce Solution Design, creating the technical/solutions/data architecture for complex Salesforce implementations.
- Experience in designing and developing custom solutions using Sales, Marketing, Service, and Financial Service Cloud.
- Experience in partnered with business stakeholders in Compliance, Front Officers, Operations Management and Customer Services departments to build integrated workflows to make processes efficient and productive.
- Utilize Visualforce and Lightening components
- Design components using apex code and develop using extension, custom settings, visual force pages
- Providing business solutions that may require Apex Language, Classes and Workflow, Triggers/Controllers or Visual Force Pages
- Possesses the individual functional and professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables and are of the highest caliber and ensure client satisfaction
- Utilize bulkified Apex Triggers, Queueable Apex, Future Apex, Apex Test Classes
- Identify, escalate, and monitor technical issues to resolution
- Manage integrations with other tools and applications, including debugging and resolving issues
- Make recommendations for enhancements and modifications to improve system performance, efficiency and reporting
- Perform code review with other developers
- Salesforce Developer Certification
- Salesforce APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce and Lightening components, REST & SOAP APIs
- Experience in integration with AutoRabit, DocuSign is a plus.
- Experience in using Salesforce’s CRM Analytics tool to create dynamic dashboards to slice and dice data for Executives, Relationship Managers, and Head of departments.
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team of Salesforce Developers, Admins, and Business Analyst.
- Experience in agile/scrum projects
