Salesforce Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Salesforce architecture, design, and development best practices. They will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and requirements.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
3. Design and implement scalable and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform.
4. Evaluate and recommend Salesforce products and third-party integrations to meet business needs.
5. Lead technical design sessions and provide guidance to development teams.
6. Provide expertise on Salesforce development best practices, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
7. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
8. Mentor and coach junior developers on Salesforce development techniques and best practices.
9. Work closely with Salesforce administrators and other IT teams to ensure the integrity and security of Salesforce data and applications.
10. Stay up-to-date on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect certification preferred.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
4. Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and App Cloud.
5. Proficiency in Salesforce development languages and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
6. Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and technologies, such as REST, SOAP, and Salesforce Connect.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design solutions that meet complex business requirements.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
9. Experience leading technical teams and providing technical guidance and leadership.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
