Top Skills & Years of Experience:
• 5-8 years of Business Analyst Experience
• Experience working with the Salesforce Platform and its applications.
• Experience designing technical and business requirement documents.
• Experience as a liaison between business and technical groups.
• Extensive experience using Azure DevOps, FIGMA and VISIO, MS office products.

Interview Process: Virtual Interview via MS Teams video with any 2nd rounds to be held onsite in Lansing. Candidates must be willing to conduct face-to-face interviews. For virtual, please use a laptop and be prepared to share a screen if asked. Use of headphones is strongly discouraged. A screenshot photo of the candidate will be required for any Teams interviews as well as a vendor present at the beginning of the interview to validate the candidate.  

Duration: 1 year with possible extension.
Remote or On-site: Candidates MUST be currently local at time of submission within a commutable distance (1-1.5 hours) Position is hybrid onsite 2 days a week from day 1. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION.
