Job Description:
Business Solutions Analyst (BSA) position will be based in our San Jose office and will be part of an Agile team working with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and Analytics teams to deliver technology solutions to business problems. The primary enterprise applications supporting the Enterprise Sales experience are opportunity, configure‐price‐quote (CPQ) management, and Contract Lifecycle Management. You will be responsible for implementing areas across the enterprise sales process, including configuration of sales and CPQ, workflow design and coordination of automation, and integrations to other enterprise applications. You’ll work closely with our team of analysts, developers, QA, and product owners in North America, India, and Romania in designing, deploying, operating, and supporting leading-edge enterprise sales.

What You'll Do
· Collaboration with various partners in conceptualizing, developing, interpreting, and

· Accuracy of information feeding into our provisioning and finance reporting systems
· Business requirements gathering and process analysis: detailing current state and desired/future state business processes, outlining impact and gaps, and ensuring solutions and capabilities meet business needs and requirements.
· Maintains and continuously improves Enterprise Sales processes enabled by Microsoft Dynamics, PROS CPQ, Salesforce, Apttus CPQ, and related Sales and Marketing enterprise applications
· Hands‐on configuration on Microsoft Dynamics and PROS CPQ solutions
· Work cross‐functionally with Sales Operations, Deal Desk, and Order Management
· and other Sales support teams to drive alignment and optimize end‐to‐end.

· Implement process improvements and automation to optimize operational and support processes.
· Interface on a day‐to‐day basis with other solution analysts, business users, engineers, QA, and IT managers to support business operations.
What you need to succeed
· Experience in technical roles on at least one full‐lifecycle CPQ project, with strong implementation expertise in at least two of the following technologies: PROS CPQ and Microsoft Dynamics and/or SFDC
· Innovation, creativity, and an outside‐the‐box approach are all keys to your success as you work with partners and delve into the real business needs of the client.
· Excellent oral and written presentation and communication skills
· Ability to balance multiple tasks/priorities, consistently meeting deadlines.
· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high‐pressure environment is crucial.
