Key Responsibilities

 

Drive the development of the core product of OM & OCEO to deliver features that will bring business value

 

Gather, prioritize and document the user stories required for each release

 

Partner with the demand team in the analysis of change requests with regards to cross-product impact and document accordingly to transform those into required user stories

 

Provide guidance and support knowledge transfer efforts to colleagues across deployment, OCM, QA and Operations teams regarding scope, rationale and business impact of the use cases (standalone or integrated)

 

Actively participate in ceremonies required to prioritize user stories per release, define key milestones and align documentation needs

 

Partner with different teams to ensure proper knowledge sharing mechanisms are in place for deployment and operational excellence efforts, as well as establish clear feedback channels to continuously improve

 

Liaise with Product Owners, Deployment teams / operation teams to find best ways to deliver solutions that meet Affiliate's business outcomes

 

Drive collaboration and transparency of decision making across teams to promote a culture of trust & co-creation

 

During Develop and Testing phases, verifying and supervising the solutions have been developed as per agreed requirements

 

Supporting Test Team during test activities and helping in bugs/defect identification, reporting, and assisting in bug fixing

 

Skills Required

 

Experience or knowledge on the pharmaceutical industry (i.e. commercial, medical, compliance).

 

Knowledge on territory management is an added advantage

 

Fundamental knowledge on Salesforce

 

Experience in working with Agile/SAFe methodologies

 

PI Planning

 

Create new Core user stories / user stories refinement

 

Scrum ceremonies (e.g. Sprint Planning, Sprint Review/Demo, Sprint Retrospective)

 

Ability to translate business vocabulary into technical documentation, and vice versa

 

Ability to interact well with multiple stakeholders - business or technical leaders - and work in a decentralized matrix environment

Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and by simplifying complex information to business and technical team

 

Proficiency in written and verbal English

 

Experience in using Jira for user stories, change requests and Kanban Board

 

Ability to understand complex business process and influence business change to adapt to global norms

Understanding of Technology design for solution delivered by IQVIA
