"Skills and Responsibilities:

• Summary Change Manage with practical experience leading Change Management initiatives for large Transformation projects and direct engagement with internal stakeholders at all level. 
• This individual will work in close partnership with Project Managers to manage change and deliver the transformation program goals. 
• It is a People Change Manager position needing practical experience leading Change Management initiatives for large IT transformation projects. 
• The program is Salesforce implementation. 
• Skills required to be successful in this role are, Deliverables Vision and Change case Change Management approach and plan Change Impact Assessment Training materials/content. 
• Adoption/engagement activities and plan Communications plan: Geared to stakeholders; focused on the change itself, impact, and new way(s) of working. 
• Stakeholder experience Employees with direct impact Employees with indirect impact Leadership Customers / External community
