Responsibilities
· Overall planning, organizing, architecting, integrating, and delivery of all services prioritized in alignment with the client's expectations and business needs
· Participate in project discovery and definition workshops
· Interpret client requirements, business processes, and use cases to produce quality technical designs
· Create technical documentation to support designs and requirements
· Turn client requirements into use cases and tasks with technical specifications
· Provide guidance to team members making sure proper process is followed and client requirements are met
· Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching regarding the implementation and maintenance of ecommerce solutions based on Commerce Cloud best practices
· Stay current with the Commerce Cloud platform, releases, and new features & functionality.
Education and Required Experience:
· 4-year degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
· Certification must be current, or eligible for test out / upgrade voucher
· 4+ years of Commerce Cloud and development experience
· 4+ years experience in a hands on technical leadership position in consulting organization
· Minimum 3 years of proven experience developing Salesforce applications using the latest front-end technologies including jQuery, Bootstrap, Aura Components, CSS3, HTML5, Lightning Web Components
· 8+ years in a technical role in the Salesforce Ecosystem
· Experience with release management, code repository, and continuous integration
· Proven experience integrating with APIs and 3rd Party systems integrations (SOAP/REST) to payment, OMS, CRM, CMS & WMS systems
· Proven track record of driving projects to successful, on-time completion
· Ability to positively influence and encourage stakeholders and team members
· Strong technical skills with a proven track record of delivering key technical initiatives and implementing web technologies (client- and service-side)
· Advanced knowledge of the retail industry and retail solutions
· Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
· Exceptional communication skills
· Strong (and creative!) problem-solving and analytical skills
· Ability to work as part of team
· Additional ecommerce platform experience a plus (Magento, Hybris, CloudCraze, etc.)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
