Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Conduct gap analysis for system optimization and improvements.
Lead Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met.
Configure Salesforce to meet business needs, including objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and reports/dashboards.
Implement Salesforce best practices to improve system performance and user experience.
Work with development teams to create custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other tools.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications via APIs and middleware.
Build custom reports, dashboards, workflows, and perform administrative tasks like role setup, user management, and data export.
Experience with Nintex Packages, DocuSign, Zapier, Payment Gateways.
Implement security and sharing rules at object, field, and record levels.
Execute test plans and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce configurations and custom development.
Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support Salesforce functionalities.
Manage data integrity, migration, validation, and cleansing activities within Salesforce.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
4+ years as a Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant
2+ years as a Salesforce Developer
3+ years working in the UAE/Indian Real Estate market
Proven track record in end-to-end Salesforce implementations
Technical Skills:
Expertise in Salesforce products like Sales Cloud/Service Cloud
Strong knowledge of Salesforce development tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, SOQL, JavaScript)
Experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs
Functional Skills:
Strong understanding of CRM processes and best practices
Excellent business process analysis and requirements gathering
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles
Certifications (Preferred):
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Salesforce Certified App Builder
Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant
Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
