Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain custom solutions using Salesforce and Litify platforms, focusing on case management, client management, and workflow automation
  • Write high-quality code with comprehensive test coverage, accounting for both positive and negative test cases
  • Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and team members to scope projects, discuss roadmaps, and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Design and implement scalable and maintainable frontend JavaScript and backend Apex code.
  • Perform configuration changes in Salesforce Litify, including modifying permissions, updating records, and fine-tuning automation processes.
  • Create and manage custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into performance metrics, financial data, and case outcomes.
  • Integrate Litify with other tools and platforms to maintain a cohesive technology ecosystem.
  • Implement and manage enhanced security protocols to protect sensitive case and client data.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce and its proprietary languages, including Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and development with JavaScript frameworks and libraries
  • Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and working with large data sets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related field, or equivalent
  • Ideally some experience customizing Litify platform.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, App Builder).
  • Experience developing managed packages on the Salesforce Platform
  • Knowledge of the legal industry, including matter management, invoicing, and budgeting processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations.
