Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and configure applications to align with business processes and application requirements.
Author comprehensive Technical Design Specifications for Salesforce implementations.
Contribute to the creation of key deployment documentation and ensure smooth execution during deployment phases.
Develop custom configuration code without modifying standard platform base product, adhering to best practices.
Document regression testing, unit testing, and use case scenarios to ensure quality and reliability.
Define and enforce compliance with code check-in, backup recovery, and version control processes.
Actively participate in integration testing and validation processes.
Contribute to the knowledge transfer process, ensuring team members and stakeholders understand the system functionality and design.
Manage and facilitate envisioning workshops with clients, including User Research planning, execution, and reporting.
Develop personas, scenarios, journey maps, interaction flows, sitemaps, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes to ensure effective user-centered design.
Conduct usability testing to validate user experience and interaction design.
Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development, particularly in a Senior Developer role.
Salesforce Certified Administrator.
Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
Demonstrated Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud project experience.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and development processes.
Proficiency in conducting user research, developing user journeys, and creating wireframes and prototypes.
