Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders in Dallas to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Salesforce configurations and customizations.
Design, develop, test, and deploy custom objects, fields, workflows, processes, validations, and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other relevant Salesforce technologies.
Configure and implement functionalities within Sales Cloud to streamline the sales process, improve lead management, and enhance opportunity tracking.
Configure and implement functionalities within Service Cloud to improve case management, enhance customer self-service capabilities, and automate service processes.
Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce related issues.
Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and best practices through ongoing learning and certification.
Document technical solutions and maintain clear code for future reference.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Proven experience in developing and configuring applications on the Salesforce platform, specifically with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security concepts, and governance principles.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Experience with Salesforce testing frameworks (e.g., Salesforce DX) is a plus.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs is a plus.
