Salesforce Developer

• As per business requests, develop new enhancements to the custom application built on salesforce platform
• Provide operational support for the data pipeline and analytics infrastructure
• Evaluate and advise on technical aspects of open work requests in the product backlog with project lead and assist with the planning and execution of releases of components into production
• Identify and recommend technical and operational improvements resulting in improved reliability and/or efficiencies in maintaining and/or developing the application
• Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
• Manage salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
• Manage all administrative duties, including the deployments, release, security, and maintenance of salesforce standard recommendations
• Work with management team to establish suitable process to support administrative, development and change management activities
• Effectively function as the liaison between our users, the application development and business analyst teams
• Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications
• Creating timelines and development goals
• Testing the stability and functionality of the application
• Troubleshooting and fixing bugs
