Salesforce Developer

Essential Skills:

Salesforce Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
Sales and Service Cloud: Proficiency in Sales and Service Cloud to customize and enhance Salesforce functionality based on business requirements.
Flows and Lightning Web Components: Hands-on experience in developing Flows and Lightning Web Components to streamline business processes and improve user experience.
Apex and Triggers: Strong knowledge of Apex and Triggers to implement custom business logic and automation within Salesforce.
Test Classes: Ability to create and execute test classes to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce implementations.
Technical Design Impact Assessment: Assess the impacts on technical design due to changes in functional requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
Implementation/Configuration: Experience in implementing and configuring Salesforce solutions, including code development and configuration tasks.
Unit Testing: Proficiency in building unit test cases and conducting thorough testing to validate the functionality of Salesforce solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
Salesforce Certification: Possess Salesforce Platform Developer certification to demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce development.
Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile methodology to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Integration Experience: Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOA APIs to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.

Essential Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a must.
