Utilize at least 8 years of overall experience in Salesforce, explicitly focusing on Service Cloud for at least 6 years.

Act in a dual capacity of a functional consultant and service cloud expert, bringing a versatile skill set to the role.

Engage in client-facing responsibilities, requiring effective communication and coordination skills.

Understanding of the regulated Software Life Cycle (SLC) Quality and validation support processes.

Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and documentation and provide guidance to map the requirements to the Salesforce solutions.

Contribute to the development and implementation of Service Cloud strategies and functionalities.

Ensure seamless integration of Service Cloud with other Salesforce modules.
