Overall Purpose Oversees one or more Salesforce engineering teams responsible for designing, developing, documenting, testing, deploying, and maintaining solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Mentors and coaches team members, collaborates with other engineering managers and stakeholders, and ensures the quality, security, and performance of delivered Salesforce solutions.
MUST HAVE SKILLSETS
Salesforce Experience Cloud Service Cloud/Case Management working within Fintech dealing with secuity and controls and resik mangament/regulatory compliance
Essential Functions Manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce development projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, using best practices and industry standards.
Oversee code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications.
Ensure compliance with internally defined and industry-standard security, governance, and performance guidelines.
Provide technical guidance and feedback to team members, and foster a culture of inclusion, learning and innovation.
Collaborate with other engineering managers, product managers, business analysts, and end users to deliver high-value solutions to our customers, consumers, and users.
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the Salesforce ecosystem and evaluate new tools and frameworks for future adoption.
Supports the company’s commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.
