Salesforce Engineer

Description:

Minimum 10-12 years Salesforce Experience
Lead & Develop/Enhance Software using Salesforce Visual Force, Apex and corresponding client-side technologies
Integrate Salesforce code with other enterprise applications using Salesforce Integration Patterns
Lead, develop and promote tools and process to improve overall software development quality & security, and address root cause issues in PROD
Maintain Source Code, assist in unit testing & fixing defects, and ensuring building of a high-performance code and app
Participate in PI (Program Increment) and Scrum Ceremonies such as, sprint planning, estimation, requirement analysis, review and retrospective, and share status with leadership
Support production releases ensuring appropriate quality checks and controls are followed
Develop, implement and maintain DevOps Capabilities, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment practices using test labs and tools
Assist in troubleshooting production issues, identifying and fixing root causes
Collaborate with other teams across the portfolio to assure the success of the overall program
Assist in conducting proof of concept work to evaluate the feasibility of implementing new tools, technology and requirements
Share and communicate ideas both verbally and in writing with the scrum team
Participate in communities of practice to share knowledge, learn, and innovate
Adapt and remain effective in a fast paced, changing environment
