Salesforce Product Knowledge. With strong communication skills and an analytical bent of mind, excellent problem-solving ability, capable of delivering optimized, effective, and well documented tasks independently, highly self-motivated, and eager to learn and explore. Ability to work with ambiguous requirements and drive clarity by collaborating with business groups.

Expertise in one or multiple of Salesforce Experience cloud, health cloud and Sales/Service.

 Responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements to understand what people need from the tool and technology they use.  Responsible for the primary direction of the project and overall ownership and administration of Salesforce instance.
  • Interpreting business requirements into actionable build plans for the project team. Coordinate the implementation of software/service from the business side to support aspects of the business cycle, including proposals, feasibility studies, and implementations. to support requirements management and change management processes.
  • Review proposed implementation plan and highlight key implementation prerequisites. Understand business requirements and functional specifications and map them to technical activities. Conceptualize and create end-to-end design for business problems.
  • Collaborate with architects to drive best-in-class design. Create data structures and models. Map requirements to configuration or customization elements in salesforce. Architect, designing, and guide development using the best available options using configuration and customization. Design and create unit test scripts.
  • Requirements acceptance: facilitate business users (who you are delivering solutions for) to review the requirements/user stories that have been drawn up.
  • Keep user documentation up to date once release cycles have been completed.  Schedule & facilitate current state workshops, document findings, and disposition against established frameworks.
  • Present outcomes to executive teams upon project completion.   Act as subject matter expert of business processes and configuration.
  • Drive decisions on application functionality and collaborate with business SMEs.  Create processes and training materials as needed to the team members, compiling requirements, compiling data for suppliers, testing and integration, and planning and implementing service transition.
  • Drafting design documentation to support system customizations. Create Functional Specification documents Partner with Business Architect and Technical lead to develop fit gap analysis for core salesforce capabilities. Interface with engineers to coordinate buildup of customizations. Participate in sprint kickoff, stand up, demo, and retrospective calls.
