Salesforce Implementation Project Manager

This fast-growing software consulting firm is looking for a Salesforce PM to join their team on a long-term project. We are seeking someone who will be working on one key project right now, and the client is based out of Long Island, NY. The client is implementing many new exciting portals/modules within Salesforce including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Chatbot, Knowledge, and Knowledge AI,. This PM will be working with the Salesforce team, working with the delivery management team, and working with client directly. The PM will manage everything from the project plans to the oversight of Sales Cloud being implanted, will guide the implementation team, and provide statues on a weekly basis. They are going to help the client understand how the implantation is progressing, what issues are progressing, etc. and will manage client expectations. This person will develop the sprint planning and run the sprint sessions. The project is currently in the first phase of the implementation which is happening now, which should end Mid-August, then there are 2 more phases that will take place over the next year or so.   MUSTS: · 5+ years of Salesforce Implementation Project Manager Experience · Has been the PM on 5+ salesforce projects • PM on 5 service cloud projects • PM on at least 1 project on experience cloud · Has been the lead project manager on Salesforce implementation projects who are driving and guiding the project and can guide the SF implantation team · Has lead customer discussions · Amazing communication and can navigate clients · Has been in an Agile environment with salesforce implementations · Knows project management processes · Comes from a consulting background Preferred • Scrum Certification • Salesforce Certs • Experience implementing these modules: SF chatbot, SF knowledge, SF knowledge AI.
