Must-haves:

  • Salesforce integrations/implementation expertise
  • Salesforce Workflow expert – custom design- repurposing of field, what fields can be used
  • Salesforce Business Systems Analyst background
  • Experience with implementation of LMS (Land Management System), preferably Clariti (Clariti | Government Permitting and Licensing Software) or similar such as Tyler Munis
  • Strong background in Planning Process Life Cycle Management

 

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

  • Consultant will get an understanding of how the Planning Division functions and operates and how they interact with other division during the Application Workflow Planning Process.
  • Consultant will take the lead with the project and actively participate in weekly requirements gathering sessions with Planning Division and Planning Manager to capture and deliver proper configuration requirements for the upcoming change order to the Partner.
  • Consultant will guide them throughout the implementation journey, work the Planning Division to manage and document the delivery and testing of the workflow functionality, troubleshoot issues that arise during configuration and UAT session, capture and deliver the proper configuration requirements back to vendor partner development team until completion.
  • There will be work with workflows that the Planning Division requires customization and Consultants needs to be an expert with Salesforce Workflow, specifically with Planning Process tracking.  They’re stuck at UAT and need to figure out how to get where they need to be a with the upcoming change order.
  • Consultant will act as the techno-functional Salesforce implementation advocate for the Planning Division - understands programing and coding into the permit system (Clariti).
