Detailed Description

" Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Information Technology, or similar).

" Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is a strong plus.

" Proven experience as a Business System Analyst with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

" Strong understanding of marketing automation, email marketing, and CRM systems.

" Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration, data extensions, automation studio, and journey builder.

" Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

" Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

" Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.

" Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
