Role Responsibilities: Serve as primary Salesforce Marketing developer for the Salesforce environment Handled Set up and configure data models Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests Develop scalable solutions based on business objectives, marketing metrics, and tech requirements Design platform configuration and data feeds to run effective automated email campaigns Act as a hands-on consultant on wide-scale projects including email marketing campaigns, customer service solutions, data segmentation and customer journey Identify and troubleshoot platform and data feed-related issuesExperience Required: Minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation Strong experience in developing responsive email templates and landing pages Experience and knowledge in Salesforce Marketing Cloud's various modules such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, and Social Studio Strong experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Interactions and APIs, AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptjQuery Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM systems, and sales and marketing processes (1.) To analyze ,define and design technical solution for ERP product s enhancement and work towards continuous improvement during product implementation and production support stages. (2.) To coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs and act as a primary point of contact for addressing complex technical issues.
