Job Description:

  • 4-6 years of Design and implement cloud pages, customer journeys, marketing automation, and omni channel communication in SFMC.
  • Have an overview on the Industry.
  • Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and debugging.
  • Check and monitor the campaign delivery
  • Address any issues or challenges that arise during the campaign build
  • Plan the training and grooming of the team
  • Coordinate with other teams to align technical efforts with campaign objectives
  • Mentor team members and provide technical guidance and support
  • Oversee the development of campaign technologies, subscription list process
  • Address any issues/ concerns related to Journey, Automation, Queries
