Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager with expertise in -Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Service Cloud. As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing complex Salesforce implementations, integrations, and customizations. You will work closely with various stakeholders, providing leadership to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions on time.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Service Cloud projects from inception to completion
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure seamless project execution
Oversee complex Salesforce implementations, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered on time and within scope
Design and manage project plans using Agile or Waterfall methodologies, depending on the project requirements
Manage Salesforce customizations and integrations, ensuring alignment with client business needs
Collaborate with development teams to ensure innovative solutions are provided for complex business problems
Required Skills
8+ years of experience in Salesforce project management, particularly with Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Service Cloud
Proven expertise in Salesforce implementations , including integrations, customizations, and advanced solutions
Strong knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence , and other project management platforms
Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
Ability to solve complex business challenges with innovative Salesforce solutions
Experience managing large, cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's Degree
