Description

Responsibilities:
Analyze legacy CRM and integrated systems, do a compatibility and feasibility study to migrate to new CRM platform in Salesforce as per business requirements. Work as Salesforce QA Tester for various CRM projects in Salesforce including Sales cloud, Service (Customer Care) cloud and Marketing Cloud. Prepare Test Plans, Test Scenarios and Test Cases and work with various technical and business teams to review and get sign offs. Prepare and maintain end to end traceability of business requirements, test cases, and defects for audit purpose. Co-ordinate and test various integrations (E-Commerce, DASH, TASH, HLES+, Excalibur, Fleet and Res-Rent) with Salesforce CRM via Mule soft middleware. Responsible for validating and singing off various integrations implemented in Mule soft using SOAP (XML) and REST (JSON) web services. Act as key QA tester in validating 110+ million customer data migration from various legacy platforms to Salesforce CRM. This requires very strong SQL querying, excellent analytical skills to understand the data. Perform Manual testing (System, Integration, System Integration) and assist business in performing User Acceptance Testing. Work closely with technical and business teams to analyze the issues observed and provide solutions/assist in solving the problems. Work as a representation in defect Triage calls as a back up to the Test Center of Excellence lead.
