Responsibilities:

They are moving data to SF Cloud Health. There is a lot of data to move to SF and they do not have internal experience.
This SF Security expert will truly be the ONLY expert on this project, they will be advising and making recommendations, and stepping in to the technical operation where there are skills gaps with the current team.
He/she will need to identify and sees gap and present these to CISO to navigate to internal politics.
They will follow the change control process schedule as it goes an learn this culture.
The consulting partner is Torrent and they have scoped out a 54 week plan to provide the following services:
Healthcloud configuration.
Omni Studio.
Patient Experience Configuration.
Data Cloud Configuration.
Mulesoft Integrations.
Marketing Cloud.
Training and Support.
Required Skills:

Looking for a season Sr Level in API Security - 5-7+ years.
Minimum of 3 years in Salesforce Security.
They will be configuring SF Shield.
Educational note: Salesforce Shield is for organizations that need to meet extra security and compliance requirements. Four components make up Salesforce Shield (encryption, enhanced field audit trail, event monitoring, and Einstein Data Detect) with encryption being the main one.
This person MUST be able to do Encryption (at the column level especially).
Need to know PII and PHI (Protected Health Information (PHI) is any health information that includes any of the 18 elements identified by HIPAA. Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is defined as data used in research that is not considered PHI and is therefore not subject to the HIPAA Privacy and security Rules.).
Really to navigate the business needs with the patience data protection.
MUST have MuleSoft experience - make sure they know how to secure this.
Log shifting and know how to ensure that cleint's backend is configured.
