- Over 10 years of experience in analysis, design, development, testing, delivery, and production support of application software on Salesforce.com CRM Platform.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning programming languages.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Customer Portal, Retail & Maps.
- Expertise in ServiceMax, CPQ, and Kimble custom applications.
- Experience in developing modern Enterprise Lightning Apps, combining Lightning Design System, Lightning App Builder, and Lightning Component features.
- Ability to create multiple Lightning Components, enhance their appearance with CSS and Design Parameters, and integrate them into Lightning Applications.
- Strong understanding of Apex development, including the creation of Triggers, Apex Classes, Standard Controllers, Custom Controllers, and Controller Extensions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including organizational setup, user management, and security settings.
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Process Builder flows, Connect API, Chatter, and quick actions.
- Skillful in writing queries using SOQL and SOSL in Apex Classes and Triggers.
- Experience in designing junction objects and implementing advanced fields like Picklists, Custom Formula Fields, Field Dependencies, Validation Rules, Workflows, and Approval Processes.
- Understanding of Salesforce.com Governor Limits and ability to optimize code accordingly.
- Proficiency in Data Migration from Traditional Apps to Salesforce using Data Loader Utility.
- Experience with Batch Apex, Schedule Apex, and Dynamic Apex.
- Good conceptual knowledge of Apex Web services and experience with HTTP Callouts.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceMax modules such as Install Product, PM Plan engines, SFMs, Work Order Management, Dispatch Console, and Mobile for Laptop Application.
- Familiarity with Apttus CPQ, including Data Load, Bundle Configuration, Quotes Configuration, and Pricing Configuration.
- Experience in managing Data Migration from one environment to another using X-author.
- Extensive work on various Salesforce.com standard objects like Action Plans, Action Plan Templates, Surveys, Retail Store Group, and Retail Stores.
- Involvement in creating Salesforce Lightning Apps, Components, Controllers, and Events.
- Adaptability to alter existing Visualforce to adjust to Salesforce's new Lightning UI.
- Customer-centric approach with effective interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and special software, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce, ServiceMax, Apttus, Kimble, and Map Anything.
