Technical Skills: (Primary)

1.Minimum 9+ years of Salesforce (Service Cloud) development experience (hands-on); Onsite role; Local to Hartford;

2.Technical knowledge of various platforms / technologies and should be able to suggest best practices to the client.

3.Knowledge of Salesforce platform (Service Cloud) and all recent & upcoming features that Salesforce Service Cloud is offering as a platform and how it integrates with various ecosystems (Mainframe/legacy, APIs, etc.)

4.Skilled in implementation and customization of Salesforce Service Cloud.

5.Help business understand product capabilities.

6.Identify business needs and turn them into a logical and technical business models.

7.Identify customizations and configurations needed in the product to meet business needs.

8.Work with technical team to identify and implement custom solutions.

9.Understands relevant development methodologies.

10.Provides thought leadership for matching technology with business concepts.

11.Strong communication skills both written and verbal, ability to tailor message to different audiences and influence in a matrixed environment.

12.Ability to direct team in achievement of team objectives.

13.Pushes back in a professional manner when things do not make sense or there is a better way to accomplish the objectives (by bringing in best practices from the industry)
