Description

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builders, and security settings.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration methods and tools (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Informatica).
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and security settings.
  • Experience with CI/CD processes and tools for Salesforce, such as Salesforce DX and Jenkins.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop custom applications and enhancements using Apex, LWC, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Implement and maintain Salesforce configuration changes, including workflows, process builders, custom objects, and fields.
  • Ensure the integrity and security of data within the Salesforce platform.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design scalable and robust solutions that meet business needs and align with best practices.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for all custom development and configurations.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications using APIs, middleware, and integration tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure data consistency and reliability.
  • Conduct unit testing and coordinate with the QA team to facilitate system and user acceptance testing.
  • Ensure the code is reviewed, optimized, and adheres to best practices and coding standards.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing Salesforce applications and integrations.
  • Quickly identify and resolve system issues to maintain business continuity.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and updates to ensure the platform is up to date.
