Salesforce Technical Architect (Contractor)

Duration: 6 months (with potential for full-time employment)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to optimize our complex Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, as well as strong development expertise. The successful candidate will accelerate business outcomes by streamlining our Salesforce platform, identifying improvement opportunities, and developing strategic solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Expertly navigate and optimize our Salesforce ecosystem
- Provide solutions for complex technical problems
- Guide developers and technical team on Salesforce-related matters
- Lead calls with business stakeholders to understand requirements and create blueprints
- Identify improvement opportunities and develop strategic solutions
- Streamline Salesforce platform to accelerate business outcomes

Requirements:

- Deep hands-on experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
- Strong development expertise
- Experience with Commerce Cloud, OMS, and Marketing Cloud (a plus)
- Strong technical architecture background
- Passion for optimizing complex Salesforce environments
