Job Description : As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and architectural guidance throughout the lifecycle of Salesforce projects. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce administrators, developers, and other cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable, robust, and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.
Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, including system architecture, data model design, integration patterns, and security models.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators, guiding them in best practices and standards.
Conduct technical reviews and assessments of existing Salesforce implementations to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Evaluate and recommend Salesforce products, features, and third-party solutions to address business requirements.
Lead the implementation of Salesforce integrations with external systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
Requirements:
Salesforce development, with a focus on architecture and design.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect are nice to have.
Deep expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, Salesforce APIs, and declarative configuration.
Experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including multi-cloud and multi-org architectures.
Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, data migration strategies, and security models.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in an Agile environment and leading cross-functional teams.
