Job Description:

  • Minimum 8+ years of development experience on the Salesforce platform
  • Minimum 5 years of experience providing technical leadership, setting best practices in Salesforce.com, setting org level strategy, designing applications which can scale with consideration for governor limitations of the Salesforce.
  • Minimum 4+ years of technical and functional knowledge
  • Minimum 5+ years experience leading Enterprise Salesforce implementation with over 300 users with integration with enterprise applications like Oracle, Sap etc.
  • Minimum 1 complex data migration experience into Salesforce.com
  • Full life cycle implementation using Salesforce.com
  • In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce
  • Strong technical foundation: advanced structured programming (Lightning, Lightning web components, Omni script, APEX, Force.com, Java), relational database concepts and structures, structured system analysis and design methods, etc.
  •  Understands web services and other technologies that can be used to transport data in an enterprise environment and interact with Salesforce.com. Preferred experience in MuleSoft integration, REST/SOAP APIs
  • Experienced in defining systems strategy and requirements, designing and prototyping, planning testing, and supporting training efforts
  • Design solution on the principles of configuration and use of OOB features to ensure scalability of the org.
