Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Salesforce development and configuration while also possessing a solid understanding of business operations. You will act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Salesforce solutions align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for system optimization and improvements.

Manage Salesforce implementation or enhancement projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met. Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients during project lifecycles.

Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs, including objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and reports/dashboards.

Implement Salesforce best practices to improve system performance and user experience.

Co-ordinate with development team to develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools. Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using APIs and other middleware tools.

Build custom reports, dashboards, workflows, perform administrative tasks setting up roles, profiles, users, email Services, page layouts, workflow, alerts actions, reports and approval processes, Data management, export as per Business requirements.

Experience working in Nintex Packages, Docusign, Zapier, Payment Gateways.

Implement security and sharing rules at object field and record level for different users at different levels of organization. Create various profiles and configure role permissions based on the organizational hierarchy

Define and execute test plans to ensure that developed solutions meet business requirements and function as expected. Troubleshoot, debug, and fix issues related to Salesforce configurations and custom development.

Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support users with Salesforce functionalities. Provide ongoing support and system maintenance post-implementation, including issue resolution and system enhancements.

Ensure data integrity within the Salesforce platform, manage data migration efforts, and establish data quality standards.

Manage data imports/exports, validation, deduplication, and cleansing activities.

Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, and implement necessary system upgrades.

Advise business stakeholders on the impacts and benefits of platform changes and new functionalities.

Qualifications:

Education:

o

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems. Equivalent experience will also be considered.

Experience:

o

4+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant.

o

2+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Developer.

o

3+ years of experience working in UAE/Indian Real Estate Market.

o

Proven track record in delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations.

o

Experience in both Salesforce configuration and custom development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC).

Technical Skills:

o

Expertise in Salesforce products like Sales Cloud/Service Cloud

o

Good Understanding of Salesforce development tools: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, JavaScript.

o

Experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, or third-party applications.

Functional Skills:

o

Strong understanding of CRM processes and best practices.

o

Excellent Business Process Analysis And Requirements Gathering Skills.

o

Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management principles.

Certifications (preferred but not required):

o

Salesforce Certified Administrator.

o

Salesforce Certified App Builder.

o

Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.
