Salesforce/Litiy QA Lead

Key Resposibilities
Lead all quality assurance, test automation, and release engineering-related activities and teams (Manual and Automation)
Play a key role in troubleshooting, triaging, and diagnosing quality issues.
Work cross-functionally with development, and Design to ensure products are delivered with high standards of quality and reliability.
Work with the QA Team Leads on the release process and testing of components and end-to-end product test coverage.

Key qualifications
Be able to understand the application of the Salesforce Litify platform to the Legal Industry
Developed consistent best practices in order to meet the ongoing business needs
The ability to drive resolution to escalations, including post-mortem, root cause analysis, and implementations to ensure long term remediation of issues
Familiarity with radar, Java, Javascript, html, Selenium, Salesforce/Apex knowledge, github, "
