JD for the requirement:

Skill: Salesforce/nCino

• Responsible for owning and delivering complex cloud based solutions using nCino & Salesforce technologies.
• Responsible for development of complex solution components (e.g., integration, security, custom nCino development) & configuring the nCino components for customer.
• Must demonstrate strong leadership skills in all stages of the software development life cycle.
• Responsible for developing the nCino & salesforce interfaces ensuring that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business.
• Must be able to identify and confirm technical design risks and develop mitigating approaches.
• Must also have experience providing level of effort estimates for technical portion of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in design, development and configuration in nCino & Salesforce platform.
• End to end implementation experience with the nCino & SFDC platform.
• Ability to lead design sessions and communicate design options to clients.
• Experience with development technologies such as Apex/VF, JAVA, .Net, Ruby, JS, jQuery, Angular.js, Objective C.
• Integration experience using both Web based technologies (Soap, Rest) and RabitMQ/APIM.
• Knowledge of options and how to handle security requirements such as single sign on and data security.
• Experience with Release Management, Source Control, and Deployment concepts using AutoRabit.
• Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states and deliver a solution.
• Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture with integration.
• Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools.
• Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch.
• Strong practical deployment knowledge of Visualforce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, and AppExchange deployments.
• Additional Salesforce.com experience includes Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflow.
• Good to have the programming experience with the following languages, J2EE, HTML XML, SQL, Oracle.

 Skillset:

• 3+ years of development experience in nCino.
• 5+ years of working experience in Salesforce.
• End-end development, configuration and deployment experience in nCino.
• Good to have experience in AutoRabit, DevOps & Release Management.
• Strong communication & leadership qualities.
• Agile way of working.
