Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with configuration functional analysts on medium to high complexity programs to transform business designs into efficient application software.
· Design, code, test, implement, maintain, and support ABAP applications.
· Plan and execute unit tests to ensure comprehensive coverage of business rules.
· Create program code and unit tests based on Change Request Documents (CRD), adhering to departmental development, testing, and documentation standards.
· Work with configuration analysts to gather business requirements and define project scope.
· Map requirements to appropriate technical solutions.
· Follow departmental standards for source code control and transport management.
· Utilize debugging techniques to investigate and resolve program issues.
· Participate in peer reviews of developments and provide effort estimations throughout the project lifecycle (Discovery, Design, Execution, Go-live).
· Collaborate and coordinate with various IS teams, including analysts, application teams, and Scrum teams.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 7 years of hands-on ABAP programming experience.
· At least 2 implementation projects and 1 support project experience.
· Strong working knowledge of all RICEFW developments, including enhancements to standard SAP processes.
· Experience in interface development using File, RFC, IDOC, BAPI, web services, proxy-based interfaces, and database connections
