Key Responsibilities:
Develop, modify, and enhance SAP ABAP programs, including reports, forms, BAPIs, and user exits.
Implement and optimize SAP interfaces such as IDOCs, BDC (Batch Data Communication), and RFC (Remote Function Call).
Debug and troubleshoot issues within custom SAP applications, ensuring quick resolution and minimal downtime.
Collaborate closely with functional teams (SD, MM, FI/CO) to gather and translate technical requirements into effective solutions.
Conduct performance tuning of ABAP programs, optimizing database queries to ensure efficient system performance.
Write clear and concise technical documentation and perform code reviews to maintain high coding standards.
Manage SAP transports, ensuring error-free and timely deployment to production environments.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on SAP projects, system enhancements, and new feature implementations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
Strong knowledge of SAP modules (SD, MM, FI/CO) and ABAP programming techniques.
Experience with SAP interfaces such as IDOCs, BDC, and RFC.
Proven expertise in debugging, performance tuning, and optimization of SAP programs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to write technical documentation and conduct thorough code reviews.
Experience managing SAP transports and deployments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
