SAP Ariba Consultant

Position Summary

The Sourcing Applications Specialist serves an integral role with administering the SAP Ariba Cloud platform (Procure-to-Order and Contracts Modules), implementing system enhancements, providing technical and functional support, and delivering training for approximately 9,100 Ariba users across the company. The position may also lead/support continuous improvement and change management efforts.

Job Responsibilities

Administration:
• Performs administration and configuration tasks, including but not limited to managing delegations, approvals, commodity codes, templates and reports.
• Partners with Sourcing to create, implement and manage catalogs in Ariba.
• Manages users, roles, and permission levels within Ariba.
• Supports supplier enablement activities to onboard suppliers onto the Ariba network.

Support:
• Provides technical and functional support for multiple SAP Ariba modules, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Performs testing of fixes and solutions implemented to address performance issues.
• Performs intake, analysis, design, build, test and deployment of enhancement requests.
• Logs and manages enhancement and service requests with SAP Ariba.

Minimum:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with SAP Ariba (P2O and Contracts Modules)

Desired:

• Experience with SAP ECC
• Experience with supply chain, procurement and invoicing processes
• Lean Six Sigma certification
• Strong time management skills; prioritizes work efficiently, ability to meet deadlines and determine preventative actions to keep on track
• Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally within a geographically dispersed team
