Monitor Level 2 project plan updates prepare and manage Level 3 plan CPS tracking Level 3 task status
2. Tracking issue and defect resolution in Panya ServiceNow and any other applicable tools
3. Identify Risk and Mitigation plan and seek input and assistance as needed from appropriate team
4. Raise alerts in case of probable delays or showstoppers
5. Track technical documentation to ensure the on time completion
6.Track the lessons learned throughout project testing and trial cutover cutover cycles
7. Provide Regular Updates and Status Reporting to project team stakeholders
8. Setup regular status call with required stake holders take meeting minutes and ensure action items are executed
9. Data preparation for Weekly Biweekly and Monthly Project reports Format and included data to be mutually agreed based on original Statement of Work and subsequent change orders
10. Coordinate SLS Change Management processes Documentation approval monitoring changes made by platform workflows and ensure documentation is complete
11. Coordinate and implement transport management adhering to the Project transport movement policies
12. Act as part of TPM team targeting availability of at least one TPM around the clock Monday through Friday excluding holidays and leave
13. Drive towards continuous improvement of the services measured by agreed upon project deliverable KPIs
