SAP BRIM

Looking for more than 10 years' relevant SAP consulting or industry experience in an AMS/ support environment in Convergent Mediation and at least 1 end to end project implementation in SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation CM.
·       Experience in Convergent Mediation (CM) by Digital Route.(Mandatory)
·       Must have knowledge of BRIM architecture.
·       Participate in customer discussions on upcoming enhancements.
·       Work with customer for troubleshooting, investigate and solve their day to day issues, perform root cause analysis.
·       Experience in writing functional specification and develop custom enhancements/reports in CM.
·       Must have knowledge of customized environment and interfaces with third party systems. 
·       Experienced working with global teams and good documentation skills.
·       Experience in Media, Utility or Telecommunication Industry using Convergent Mediation tool will be a great asset.
