SAP Business ByDesign Architect

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled SAP Business ByDesign Architect / Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will primarily involve architecting SAP Business ByDesign solutions and managing project implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Business ByDesign, combined with project management expertise.

Responsibilities:

1. Architect SAP Business ByDesign solutions based on client requirements and best practices.

2. Lead and manage end-to-end project implementations, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, design solutions, and implement configurations.

4. Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams on SAP Business ByDesign functionality.

5. Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering their growth and development.

6. Act as a liaison between clients, technical teams, and management, ensuring effective communication and alignment of project objectives.

7. Define project milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements, and track progress against project plans.

8. Identify risks and issues proactively, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

9. Stay updated with the latest SAP Business ByDesign features, enhancements, and industry trends.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in architecting and implementing SAP Business ByDesign solutions.

3. Strong project management skills, with experience leading end-to-end project implementations.

4. In-depth knowledge of SAP Business ByDesign modules, including Finance, Sales, Procurement, and Supply Chain.

5. Experience with SAP Business ByDesign configuration, customization, and integration with third-party systems.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

8. SAP Business ByDesign certification is a plus.
